Off-Road Outfitters ships eligible motocross parts, riding gear, accessories, project bikes, and motorcycles to customers in the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping quotes
Shipping costs are not automatically included in the product price. After an order request is submitted, we review the items, destination, package size, weight, and available carriers.
We will then contact the customer with:
- Product availability
- Shipping cost
- Final order total
- Estimated handling and delivery information
- Secure payment instructions
No payment is required until the final total has been confirmed.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been received and cleared. Handling time depends on the product type, condition, size, and whether additional preparation is required.
Large items, engines, frames, project bikes, and complete motorcycles may require additional preparation and specialized freight arrangements.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when the selected shipping service supports tracking.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees. These charges are not included unless specifically stated in the final order confirmation.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required.
Shipping delays
Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. We will assist customers with available tracking and carrier information.
